The Prophet said: “Lailaha illa huwa'l-Hayyu'l-Qayyum. He said: “The most virtuous verse of the Qur'an is Ayat al-Kursi in Surah al-Baqara. Most exalted verse he knew was 'Allahu la ilaha illa Huwa, Al-Hayyul-Qayyum'. He said, `Let me teach you some words which Allah will give you benefit from.' I asked, `What are they' He replied, `Whenever you go to bed, recite Ayat Al-Kursi- Allahu la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyum, till you finish the whole verse.
